Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). As soon as your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Delivery times are estimates and start once your order has shipped. The exact shipping cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay. Prices are displayed in your local currency where available.
Multiple parcels
Items from one order may be shipped in separate parcels. You won't be charged extra for this, and you'll receive tracking information for each parcel.
Taxes and duties
Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout. If import duties or taxes apply to your destination, we show them at checkout wherever possible so there are no surprises on delivery.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 business days, or your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, email support@marlowandkind.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — once an order has shipped, we can no longer change the address.
