1. About us

2. Applicability

These terms apply to every offer from Marlow & Kind and every order placed through this website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.

3. Offers and prices

We describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Small differences in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings or photography. Prices include applicable VAT/sales tax where we are required to collect it; shipping costs and any applicable taxes or duties are shown at checkout. Obvious errors or mistakes in an offer do not bind us.

4. The agreement

The agreement is concluded when you complete your order and receive our order confirmation by email. If we are unable to deliver an item, for example because it is out of stock, we will inform you and refund any payment made within 14 days.

5. Payment

Payment is made at checkout using one of the payment methods offered. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

6. Delivery

We deliver to the address you provide. Delivery times are estimates; see our Shipping policy. If delivery is delayed by more than 30 days, you may cancel the order free of charge. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the product is delivered to you or to a third party you designated.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The conditions, exceptions and model withdrawal form are described in our Refund policy.

8. Guarantee and conformity

Our products comply with the agreement and the specifications stated in the offer. You are entitled to the statutory legal guarantee. If a product is defective, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it in accordance with the law.

9. Complaints

Complaints can be sent to support@marlowandkind.com. We respond within 14 days. If we cannot resolve your complaint together, you may contact a competent dispute resolution body in your country.

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned, except in case of intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not permit such a limitation.

11. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy policy.

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer residing in another country, you also retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
