14-day right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (for example the gift recipient), received the goods. If your order was delivered in multiple parcels, the period starts on the day the last item was received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us by email at support@marlowandkind.com with a clear statement of your decision, including your order number. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not required.

Returning your items

• Send the items back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you informed us of your withdrawal. We will email you the return address and instructions.
• You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
• You may handle and inspect the product as you would in a shop. You are only liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refunds

We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after we received your withdrawal notice. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our cheapest standard option, we do not refund the extra cost. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having sent them, whichever is earliest. The refund is made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised, and to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, please email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund, including any return costs. This does not affect your statutory rights under the legal guarantee.
